Starting my company, Canterbury AV, from scratch enabled me to think about what was important to me as a consumer and apply those principles to my business. I know how much I valued excellence in customer service, I wanted my retailer to value me as a customer and do everything to get my business and in doing so not only meet my needs but exceed them.

As you read this you will probably have shopped around or be in the process of doing so, and like you, I am sure real value for money is another key factor in the process of selecting whom you shall give your business to. We at Canterbury AV believe that real value does not always mean the cheapest but the best value and quality for the products selected within your budget.
I want to know that what I select is the latest on the market and that I was purchasing through a reputable, knowledgeable company that could offer advice at any time. I wanted to feel confident in whom I was dealing with and that the Technology was the latest I could buy and that I was not going to have to replace my purchase in a relatively short time because it was being superseded.
